We process and package order deliveries directly from our Teshie Nungua estates salon in Accra, Ghana.
Accra Metro: Dispatched within 24 hours. A standard delivery fee of GHC 35.00 applies to all orders under GHC 1,500.00. Free shipping is automatically applied to orders above this threshold.
Other Regions: Dispatched via reliable local courier services. Regional delivery times range between 2 to 3 business days.
Due to strict sanitary regulations regarding human hair and wig products, all sales are final once products are custom tailored, dyed, or used.
Unaltered Wigs: We accept exchanges for unaltered wig units (lace uncut, hair unwashed, and original packaging fully intact) within 48 hours of purchase/handover.
Wig Services: For wig revamping and custom installations, any styling adjustments must be raised before leaving the salon or within 24 hours of collection.
To maintain an orderly schedule for all clients, all VIP custom installations and bridal sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations: If you need to reschedule your styling appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to your slot via WhatsApp or phone call.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes without notification may result in rescheduling your appointment or a delay in styling.
Delali's Hair & Beauty Gallery guarantees that all hair bundles and wigs marketed as "Raw human hair" are sourced honestly, chemical-free, and undergo standard washing before dispatch.
We respect client privacy. All personal booking coordinates, delivery addresses, and payment receipts are processed through secure encryptions and are never shared with third parties.
